We design our clothing and accessories to help you combine style and tradition. However, it's possible that these items may not be a perfect fit for you.

When you purchase items on minug.net, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
The items must not be worn under any circumstances, the labels and bags must be in the same condition as when received.

Returns and exchanges:

• If the size isn't right or you simply change your mind, an exchange or refund will be processed once the return is complete. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• If the product has a defect, a repair solution will first be offered before a return; if you refuse the repair, the return costs will be your responsibility.

Important :

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for products in the Luxury and Premium ranges, nor for promotional items.
• Any return without prior request or without clear information (order number, product concerned, etc.) will not be processed.
• Returned clothing must be in perfect condition, unworn (except for normal fitting).
• Perfumes and siwaks must be sealed and not opened.
• The size guide is provided for guidance purposes only and does not constitute a commitment on our part regarding the absolute accuracy of the measurements.

The following are not considered defects:

• wires sticking out
• slight measurement difference
• ironing marks
• pen stains
• the openings present at the pocket levels
• Visibility of the white paper beneath the embroidery

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with current legislation, every customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
